Styled the Macro Creator Today! It looks pretty good. If the user is logged out, they will get a modal dialog saying that macros cannot be saved unless they are logged in.

Then if the user clicks the help button signified by the J Query UI Help icon, a non modal dialog will pop up with a tutorial video. This video is currently the original beta which will be replaced when the editor is updated.
